Cancellation/ Rescheduling/ Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes schedules change and appointments need to be adjusted. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we have implemented the following policies: 

 

Credit Card on File:
When booking an appointment online, customers are required to provide a credit card on file. This ensures a secure method of reservation and helps maintain the efficiency of our appointment system.
Cancellation/Rescheduling within 24 Hours:
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.


Late Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee:
If a cancellation or rescheduling request is received within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a fee of $30 will be charged to the credit card on file. We appreciate your understanding of the importance of this policy in maintaining the quality and availability of our services.


No-Show Policy:
In the event of a no-show, where you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notification, a flat fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file. We kindly ask that you respect the time and effort we dedicate to your care and the care of other clients. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the appointment time that was reserved for you.


Multiple Late Changes:
Excessive late cancellations or rescheduling may result in limitations on future booking or the requirement of pre-payment for appointments.


No Refund for Service Policy:
All fees paid for our services are non-refundable, regardless of the results achieved. We are committed to providing the best possible care and service to our clients, but individual responses can vary based on personal factors and circumstances.


Service Outcome Disclaimer:
While we strive to deliver quality service and care, we cannot guarantee specific results as individual responses may vary. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to our no refund policy, understanding that payment is for the service provided and not contingent on any specific outcome.

Your appointment booking confirms your acceptance and agreement to these policies. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please contact us prior to booking.
